Goals, users, constraints and the systems it has to connect to.
Estimate
A written scope, budget range, timeline and team.
Design
Flows and interface designs you approve before build.
Build
Two-week sprints, each ending in a working demo.
Launch
QA, staging sign-off, release and monitoring.
Support
Maintenance, upgrades and the next round of features.
Technologies
The stack we build with
Established languages, frameworks and cloud platforms, chosen so another team could maintain the code later. Each one links to how we use it.

Why us
Commitments you can hold us to
What we commit to on every project, and what you receive each week that lets you check it.
Senior engineers write the code
The people on your first call are the people building your system. We do not hand projects to a junior bench after the contract is signed.
Your repository from the first commit
Code, infrastructure and documentation live in accounts you own. If we part ways, nothing needs to be handed over because you already have it.
A working demo every two weeks
Each sprint ends with software you can click through, plus a short written update covering progress, risks and decisions we need from you.
Estimates with the assumptions written down
Every estimate lists what is included, what is not, and which unknowns could move the number, so you can compare vendors on substance.
What you see every week
A written update, a reviewable pull request, a sprint board and a staging link you can click through yourself. The cards below are illustrations of the format, with no real client data.

Progress
Checkout flow, payment webhook and the staging deploy for Build 214 are complete.
Risks
The inventory sync API enforces a rate limit; we are designing a queue around it.
Decisions needed
Confirm the return-policy copy for the checkout page.

Team
The team behind your project
Every project is led by a senior engineer and staffed from these roles, sized to the scope. You meet the people who would do the work before anything is signed.
Engineering lead
A senior engineer who scopes the work with you, owns the architecture and stays on the project from discovery to launch.
Full-stack engineers
Build the product sprint by sprint, open every change as a reviewed pull request and demo working software every two weeks.
Product designer
Turns goals into flows and interface designs you approve before build, and keeps the design system consistent as features grow.
QA engineer
Writes the test plan, automates the regression checks and signs off each release on staging before it reaches your users.
Cloud and DevOps engineer
Sets up environments, CI/CD, monitoring and backups in accounts you own, so releases are routine rather than risky.
Delivery manager
Runs the sprint rhythm, sends the weekly written update and makes sure decisions you need to take reach you early.

FAQ
Working with us
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do. Our standard agreement assigns all IP to you on payment, and the code sits in a repository under your organisation from the first day, so ownership never depends on a handover at the end of the project.
Will you sign an NDA before we share project details?
Yes. Send us your NDA or ask for ours and we will sign it before discovery starts. Most clients share a short brief first and the detailed material after the NDA is in place.
How do you work across time zones?
At kickoff we agree a daily overlap window inside your business hours for calls and quick decisions. Everything else runs asynchronously in writing: tickets, pull requests and a weekly update, so work keeps moving while you are offline.
Can you take over a project another team started?
Yes. We start with a short code and infrastructure audit, then give you a written assessment of what can be kept, what needs fixing first and what it will cost to stabilise before any new features are built.
Which engagement models do you offer?
Fixed-scope phases for well-defined work, a dedicated team billed monthly for ongoing product development, and a maintenance retainer for systems already in production. The pricing page explains the trade-offs of each.
